Step2 Detail Design

Carry out in-depth design of the plan, scene creation and product modeling based on the results of the previous discussions.
This drawing indicates how the equipment is installed and connected.
The pipeline layout diagram mainly expresses the spatial position, size, and specifications of pipelines, fittings, control points within the device, as well as the connection relationship with relevant machines and equipment.
Equipment layout drawing is a concise diagrammatic form of a building layout plan, used to represent the relative plane positions of buildings, structures, facilities, equipment, etc.

Step 3 Manufacturing and Installation

The quality inspection department strictly controls every link of raw materials, processing and finished products for each batch of products. The selection of materials and processing technology exceed industry standards. Each product will be shipped after passing the factory trial assembly.

All finished products, semi-finished products, equipment, and materials used at the construction site will be inspected in advance, and all processes will strictly follow the requirements of the construction drawings.



The PMC department formulates the project progress schedule, details the progress of each product and supervises it, provides progress feedback every day, and handles any abnormal situations in a timely manner.

Provide quality training and skill training for construction site and site management personnel, and establish a civilized construction management organization with safe and technical supply.

The production project kick-off meeting announces the project implementation tasks to all project team members. We will clarify the sections and responsibilities that each project member is responsible for, and the responsibility will be assigned to everyone.

Transportation product facilities According to the contract, arrange for the products to be shipped out and try to ensure that the amusement facilities are not damaged during transportation until they arrive safely at the project location.

Based on international and national standards, establish clear operational standards for the transportation, installation, and usage precautions of amusement facilities to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent work.

The project manager organizes a work meeting after get off work every day to discuss on-site progress and make work arrangements for the next day.

According to the specific conditions of the project, reasonable arrangements will be made for the transportation and installation personnel of the amusement facilities, and different personnel will be assigned to provide project tracking services.

Due to the actual situation of the project, arrange professional installation personnel to enter the project site to install and debug the amusement facilities, ensuring the normal operation of all facilities.
