The production project kick-off meeting announced the implementation tasks, plans, and requirements of the project to all project team members, so that all members can have clear goals and consistent progress. At the meeting, the role and responsibilities of each project member should be clearly defined, and everyone should be responsible. Through the supporting effective incentive and constraint mechanism, the enthusiasm of employees can be fully mobilized.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE CONTROL
The PMC department formulates the project schedule, arranges and supervises the progress of each product in detail, provides daily progress feedback, and handles any anomalies in a timely manner.
PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL
Send samples of equipment materials to customers for review and confirmation before equipment production. The quality inspection department strictly controls the processing of raw materials and each stage of finished products for each batch of products. Each product will be shipped after passing the factory trial assembly.
